Multi-view puzzle – Zoo
These puzzles are one of FREDUN SHAPUR's earliest designs and aims to encourage collaboration. Players can enjoy building the puzzle together from any side. First created in 1964, these timeless classic puzzles are now in the Victoria & Albert Museum collections in London.
FREDUN SHAPUR made a particular daring and inventive contribution to the world of children. Between the 1960s and 1980s he designed toys for manufacturers such as Naef in Switzerland, Galt Toys in Great Britain, and above all Creative Playthings in the United States. From wooden puzzles to animal disguises made from paper sacks, Shapur's toys still have the power to challenge and enchant, while his use of colour and graphic refinement remain strikingly modern.
